Previous Projects

150 Grenfell St, Adelaide

150 Grenfell Street is a 7-storey, 9,300 m² commercial office building, with works commencing in July 2023, where APC delivered high-quality interior construction works.
The project features complex, architecturally designed feature ceilings, along with seismic framework and acoustic compliance systems, with APC’s scope successfully handed over in July 2024.

Coopers Brewery, Regency Park

As part of the Coopers Brewery redevelopment at Regency Park, APC contributed to a major expansion incorporating visitor, hospitality and production spaces, all delivered within a live brewery environment.

Yatala Labour Prison, Northfield

APC was engaged to complete interior works as part of the Yatala Prison extension, contributing to the delivery of a secure and functional facility. The project scope comprised high-security wall systems, impact-resistant linings, and acoustic separation systems, delivered under strict security, safety, and compliance requirements.
